Hi, I’m Antonia!
I'm a holistic bodyworker, energy practitioner, and guide devoted to helping others come home to themselves.
Through years of studying the body, energy, and emotion, I’ve come to see that true healing happens when we align all layers of our being: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
My approach bridges the worlds of science and spirit. With a foundation in massage therapy, somatic awareness, and energy work, I help clients reconnect with their innate wisdom, release stored emotions, and restore harmony throughout the body. Each session is a conversation between your body and soul. It's an invitation to listen, soften, and realign.
Divine Alignment Wellness was born from my own journey of transformation; learning to meet pain with presence, and to turn healing into an embodied practice. It’s my honor to hold space for others to do the same, to remember that alignment isn’t about perfection, but about living vibrantly, authentically, and whole.
